Participation Guidelines ¶

Meetings and Events ¶

• Register for events when required
• Arrive on time
• Participate actively and constructively
• Silence mobile devices during presentations

Online Communication ¶

• Be clear and concise in communications
• Stay on topic in discussion channels
• Use appropriate channels for different topics
• Respect others’ time and attention

Content Sharing ¶

• Share only content you have rights to share
• Give proper attribution to sources
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Follow open-source licensing principles

Enforcement ¶

Reporting Issues ¶

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines:

1. Contact any coordinator or organizer
2. Send an email to qgiscyprususergroup@gmail.com
3. All reports will be handled confidentially

Consequences ¶

Violations may result in:

• Warning and request to change behavior
• Temporary suspension from events
• Permanent removal from the group

Membership ¶

Membership is open to anyone interested in QGIS — no fees required. See the Member List page to join and view membership responsibilities.

Amendments ¶

These rules may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
